How Can I buy Perfumes from wholesellers?

I want start seling perfumes online and I want to buy perfumes at an actual wholesale rate, and I'm not talking about other online retailers that claim to sell wholesale. Any ideas? How can I get to the source?
And not from the L.A. garment district, their prices arent that great either
